MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Full file system access (Google Play restricts this).

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Checks internet connection status.

CAMERA

Allows taking pictures and scanning documents.

android.hardware.camera

Declares camera usage (but app can run on devices without a camera).

android.hardware.camera.autofocus

Allows autofocus (but works without it).
